The Reagan Rule
Pete du Pont
surveys the Bush economic plan in today's Wall Street Journal, and likes what he sees. He also compliments W "because he followed the Reagan rule for successful public policy advocacy: Paint your vision in 'bold primary colors that make it unmistakably clear where we stand.' Mr. Bush made the case for his growth and jobs plan in bold primary colors all right, and so will find growing popular support for it."
Is it just me, or is the president poised to zing the Dems again?
